I'm a stress eater and I've well over 100 pounds. Now I don't like people who knew me when to see me. I do exercise or at least I did before COVID. I don't like healthy foods. Now I realize that people back in the day praised me for being skinny. Not for being smart or for my talents. It was just praise for the weight. So it makes my self esteem plummet and then I eat more. vicious cycle, yes?
