I help my kids as well. one still lives at home at 26 and the other was given a car which he just wrecked. I'll give him the insurance pay out.. It's my niece who is bugging me...her mother pretty much supported her and her kids...she's very selfish and doesn't manage her money well.. now it's me picking up her slack.. all because she still has a ten year old at home..

Oh. forgot to mention my sister was killed in a car wreck two years ago leaving the niece high and dry...

can't deny buying her groceries can I? but when I send them groceries via Amazon.. she doesn't even take them in the house...rarely says thank you.. I've spent 1000 on my g-nephews camp fees, camp clothes, gas to pick him up, food and an insult to injury.. a traffic ticket for going three miles over the speed limit. 80 bucks! Do I sound resentful? I am! I blame my sister for enabling her for so long.. now if I don't help my g-nephew will suffer. Thanks for a place to rant...
