I can answer the forklift question..when the drivers were not at work, someone borrowing the forklifts and leaving them all over to the building instead of returning them. The solution was for the drivers to take the keys home with them so no on else could use them.

He was hired to be one of the safety guys but Koreans don't have to worry about that at their other plants that are located in Asia. So they don't understand why they have to worry about it here. They don't keep safety people long.
