Exactly! I have two good friends who subscribed to Medium so that they could read my stories. I have a few friends who ask for me to deposit them in their mailbox. My family with the exception of my one sister couldn't care less. My husband tried to read and then complained that he would have to subscribe. I own husband complained about spending five dollars a month. If he clapped for me, I would get it back!
