At once time in my life I was a special ed teacher. I am happy to say that one of those "special" children sang at my wedding and is now a minister and another is the hair stylist who literally colors my hair blue every month. My own son was in special ed and he is now the assistant manager at a golf course. I'm saying this to let you know that everything is going to be all right. It's hard now but don't let people who don't understand get you down. Did I mention that I had to take that son out of school? We had to put him in a mental institution once. He's ok...It will be ok for you too.
